This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to digital products, subscriptions, and token purchases made via Ask Lindy™ and the Lindy Logic Trees app. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
2. Digital Product Policy
- All digital content, including logic trees, prompts, and downloads, is non-refundable once accessed or delivered.
- No refunds will be granted for perceived lack of content relevance or failure to achieve learning outcomes.
3. Token Policy
- Tokens are non-refundable once issued.
Tokens hold no cash value and are non-transferable between users.
- Unused tokens expire if your account is inactive for 12 months.
4. Subscription Policy
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
- No refunds are issued for partial use or remaining days in a billing cycle.
- Free trials (if offered) must be cancelled before renewal to avoid charges.
5. Cancellation Requests
- To cancel your account or request a review of a subscription issue, contact support@asklindy.com.
- We aim to respond to all cancellation or refund inquiries within five (5) business days.
6. Exceptions
- If a technical issue prevents access to purchased content, we may offer a replacement, extension, or refund at our discretion.
- Refunds will not be granted due to user error, such as accidental purchases or forgotten cancellations.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product or service is defective or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy, including a refund or replacement.
